This role will be part of our close-knit and diverse Business Performance Team in our Auckland head office. You will be amongst like-minded, passionate people comprising administration, accounts, marketing and people & culture superstars.
**In this role, you will be**:
- working closely with the directors and team to provide proactive support across the organisation
- delivering office administration and property management
- managing IT requirements and the relationship with our IT provider
- organising and championing culture, team, regional inclusivity and wellness activities
- ensuring health and safety and environmental policy implementation
- managing sustainable procurement
- preparing reports, presentations and other written communications
- supporting tender coordination and preparation
- providing event coordination and project management
Morphum and our Directors want you to flourish in this role so there will be scope to take on other projects and duties across the business in line with your own experience or interests.
**About you**
You may be a graduate looking to kick-start your career and gain experience in business management, consulting, engineering, science, geospatial services or sustainability, or you may be an experienced office administrator looking for a new challenge. You are motivated to succeed in any task sent your way and can juggle various tasks and prioritise them accordingly. You have a passion for people, kindness and building strong relationships with those you encounter.
We are looking for someone with:
- A relevant tertiary education (desired but not necessary)
- Experience in establishing and maintaining administrative systems
- Adaptability to handle several different tasks at a time
- Exceptional relationship-building skills - a people person
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- High attention to detail
- Prior office experience would be highly desirable
- Word, Excel and Adobe skills are essential
