Our client, EmbroidMe Rotorua are looking for a Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their business. Supported by the Director, this full-time Monday to Friday position is an all-encompassing hands-on role with responsibilities including, operations management, driving sales and business development, production, team leadership and customer service.

**This role provides plenty of variety, which includes**:

- Sales and account management, driving sales and profitability
- Implementing new business development strategies to increase customer base and drive business growth
- Visiting our clients, both new and existing to build and maintain business relationships
- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
- Leading, training and mentoring the sales team to provide first class customer service
- Supported HR management, including performance management and reviews, recruitment
- Team leadership
- Development and implementation of training and development plans
- Monitoring business policies, identifying areas to improve and providing recommendations to the Managing Director
- Encouragement and maintaining a positive work culture with high team engagement
- Conflict management and resolution
- Motivating, driving, and directing the team to achieve monthly targets
- Overall responsibility for health and safety management
- Assisting production to get orders completed for deadlines
- Pricing, quoting, and invoicing
- Accounts payable, receivable and debtor control
- Database management
- Have a minimum of three years sales and account management experience, be able to turn new business leads into sales and repeat customers
- Be energetic and a positive role model, able to lead and drive the team to achieve monthly targets
- Have HR and team leadership experience, encouraging a positive culture with high team engagement
- Demonstrate sound business acumen
- Have sound health and safety knowledge and experience
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good computer literacy, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Be able to troubleshoot and problem solve, with high attention to detail
- Hold a Class 1 Restricted or Full drivers licence- Operations management experience is an advantage but not essential**In return we offer you**:
