Rotorua Toyota is part of the Sinclair Pryor Motor Group which has stores in Hawkes Bay, Rotorua Gisborne and Taupo employing over 150 staff.

We are seeking an entry level Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.

This is a key position in our Store as you are our guest’s first point of contact and therefore we require you to have a friendly, professional approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the administration / customer services field. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide administrative support across the store and to the wider Sinclair Pryor Motors team as well as support to the busy Service Department.

Our ideal person is someone who loves dealing with people and wants to be an “administration superstar”. Being organised, efficient will be second nature to you. You will thrive in an environment where I's need to be dotted and t's need to be crossed and you will naturally be the type of person that likes to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Key tasks include:

- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Greeting guests
- General administration tasks which include maintaining petty cash, daily processing of banking and EFTPos transactions
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain inventory of office and tearoom supplies including cleaning products
- Carry out LTSA registrations as required
- Assist with service department bookings and invoicing.
