Since Riviera Hardware Holdings inception in 2009, where we started out with a small local Mitre 10 store in Warkworth, we have grown to be the largest group of stores within the Mitre 10 national network. We are proud to offer our customers a shopping experience like no other in New Zealand’s largest hardware retail store; Mitre 10 MEGA Albany as well as New Lynn, Warkworth, Whangaparoa and Silverdale, boast Columbus Coffee shops. We also have a Distribution Centre and own our own Frame and Truss Manufacturing Plant.

We are now seeking a full-time _customer focused_ individual to play a key role in our **Bathroom and Plumbing **Department. **_This roles is ideal for a trades person looking to get off the tools, whilst still using their trade knowledge to offer great advice. So, i_f you have the ability to engage our customers and work through their DIY or large-scale projects with them, then we would love to hear from you.

**For this position we are looking for someone who has**:

- Strong product knowledge or has a background in Bathroom or Plumbing (**This could be DIY or trade related knowledge or experience**).
- Working to a roster which will be from Sunday to Wednesday (with Thursday, Friday and Saturday off). Daily hours are 09:30 to 18:00.
- Dedicated to providing an excellent level of customer service experience to our customers.
- Physical fitness and able to stand for long periods
- A proactive ‘can do’ attitude
