Would you like to learn how to turn customers dreams into reality and engage with them to find possible solutions to their bathroom, kitchen or lighting upgrades or refits? We have an opportunity in our new Whangaparaoa store for a Specialist in our Showroom department.

**You will most likely have the following skills**:

- 2-3 years’ experience working in a showroom or bathrooms department.
- Basic plumbing product knowledge would be beneficial.
- Stock control awareness and merchandising standards beneficial.
- Strong listening skills to ensure the customers vision is fully understood.
- Ability to fulfil a 5 day a week roster that includes at least 1 weekend day.

**Summary of duties**:

- Assist in the administration and merchandising of all showroom / bathroom products.
- Work with our customers to ensure all product recommendations fit within their available space and measurements, visionary requirements and budget specifications.
- Offer complete solutions to the customer, including but not limited to tapware, showers and baths, appliances, storage solutions, lighting, flooring and tiles.
- Offer product knowledge and recommendations customers, around additional product accessories that might be required to meet their needs and requirements.
