Our client is a leading clinical trials business that aims to improve the everyday lives for current and future patient needs, and to aid discoveries and contribute to knowledge by providing outstanding research experiences.

**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results driven call centre professional to join our small but high performing call centre based in Grafton. We need someone with a curious mindset, top-notch communication skills, calm demeanour, and mature to deal with sensitive medical topics. You will be screening and recruiting participants for our client's Clinical Trials and will need to be able to understand the clinical trial we are recruiting for and associated medical terminology. Training for each trial will be provided.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

- Making outbound calls to pre-qualified leads.
- Determining the eligibility of people for entry to a clinical trial as per specific criteria (training provided by our medical team)
- Scheduling clinical trial appointments for eligible people
- Entering the leads into a database & following up on call-backs.

**You will Have**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A competitive nature and desire to meet targets.
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Relevant experience in a call centre environment.
- A medical or nursing background is desirable but not essential
