**About the role**:
As the Director of Food and Beverage you'll provide leadership and management across all our Food and Beverage operations within SkyCity, including the restaurants, bars and VIP areas. You'll drive profitability across the portfolio as well as drive a strong people focused culture and exceptional people leadership. Developing and implementing innovative ways of increasing productivity is key, as is ensuring SkyCity remains ahead of the market in delivering industry leading guest experiences.

**About you**:
You'll have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a natural leadership style that will empower and inspire. You'll be innovative, constantly challenging yourself and the team to lift the bar in service delivery. Previous experience in driving margin efficiency in a complex business environment is essential, as is your ability to manage key relationships. You'll possess a high energy, entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to drive collaboration and team work.
