**About the Role**

We are recruiting Health Care Assistants to join the Orthopaedic team. To be successful in this role you’ll be a passionate hard worker, who enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll be looking for the variety, challenges and skill development that you’ll experience working in a health care assistant role

- A strong interest in healthcare and a genuine passion for helping people
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
- A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
