**Job Description**:
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fixed Term Customer Care Specialists over the busy peak season.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll:
- Manage customer enquiries with a strong resolution focus.
- Build rapport by actively listening and adapting your communication style.
- Manage cases efficiently and follow up within agreed timeframes
- Stay up to date with processes, procedures, and products so customers receive accurate information.
Work Schedule
This is a fixed term role from 20th October 2025 to 1st February 2026 for the peak trading period. You’ll need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am and 7pm, including some weekend shifts.
Qualifications
About You
Passion for customer service is a must. While previous contact centre experience would be great, what we’re really looking for are people who live and breathe our values and can bring:
- A reliable, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong customer service skills - whether gained in retail, hospitality, call centres, or elsewhere.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.
- Solid computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt quickly and work towards targets and KPIs.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
