Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors.
Based at our Corrugated Case business in Mangere, we provide innovative and high-quality cardboard packaging to the dairy, horticulture, industrial and food sectors. We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the operational performance of our Packaging Northern business in Auckland.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - Packaging, this pivotal role takes full responsibility for the operational aspects of the plant to deliver or exceed all business targets including EHSR compliance and behavioral excellence, continuous improvement of all aspects of the operation including quality, plant reliability, productivity, cost and waste, whilst developing a high performing team as the champion of coaching and development.

What you will be doing:
- Leading our Packaging Northern business - manufacturing, health and safety, capital investment; and
- Working closely with the National Sales Manager to ensure we anticipate, understand and deliver to our customers at the highest standard;
- Working with your leadership team to develop and deliver the business plan;
- Working with the broader Packaging NZ leadership team to develop and deliver the strategy for the business unit as a whole; and
- Providing leadership, development and a sense of culture to our people.
