**Job Description**:
We are looking for a superstar for our Entertainment department, to help our customers with all their Entertainment needs

You will have a sales culture background and enjoy empowering our customers with our different tech solutions we offer instore above and beyond our products. Experience and a good understanding of technology is must for this role. You will need to be comfortable talking to customers about Phones, TV/AV, and selected smart home devices.

Ideally you have a special interest in entertainment technology and would like to keep learning in this space, you will also be somebody who is looking to take on a leadership role for this department as well as the lead the key KPIs for this area throughout the store.

**We have a full-time permanent position covering the following shifts**:

- Sunday - 8am to 4pm
- Monday - 9am to 5:30pm
- Tuesday - 9am to 5:30pm
- Wednesday - 9am to 5:30pm
- Thursday - 9am to 5:30pm

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
- Knowledge and passion for all aspects of this department
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
