**Job Description**:
We are looking for a superstar for our Entertainment department, to help our customers with all their Entertainment needs

For this role, it's important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of variety, and you aren’t afraid of working hard to get things done. You’re someone who likes sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional.

Ideally you will have a sales culture background and enjoy empowering our customers with our different tech solutions we offer instore above and beyond our products. Experience and a good understanding of technology is must for this role. You will need to be comfortable talking to customers about Phones, TV/AV, and selected smart home devices.

Ideally you have a special interest in entertainment technology and would like to keep learning in this space

**We have two part-time permanent positions covering the following shifts**:
Option 1
- Mondays - 5pm to 9pm
- Tuesdays - 5pm to 9pm

Option 2
- Fridays - 9am to 5:30pm
- Saturdays - 8am to 4:00pm

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
- Knowledge and passion for all aspects of this department
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
