We are seeking a Customer Experience specialist to join our Service team.

At Taupo Toyota we believe in going the extra mile for our guests and staff. Due to an internal transfer, a rare opportunity to join our Service Department and help guests with their vehicle servicing needs has come up.

The Opportunity:
This role is focused on providing exceptional customer service and finding solutions for our guests motoring problems. What you do need is excellent communication skills, ability to listen with a sympathetic ear. You must want to help people keep their vehicles moving and be someone who just ‘gets’ people.

We’re not looking for formal, but we are looking for someone who loves being around people and wants to be wherever your team and customers are. Someone who is fun, curious, creative, charismatic, a ‘big thinker’ who will focus on our guests If you are a fast learner with an engaging personality, who can use initiative and work well in a busy environment.
