**The opportunity**:

**Day to day you will**:
- Lead client engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of tax solutions.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes, case law, and Inland Revenue rulings to identify strategic tax planning opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and performance development for junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and wellbeing.
- Build and manage trusted client relationships, offering commercially sound advice across a range of industries.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and represent KPMG in the market to create new opportunities.

**What you'll bring to our team**:
- Proven experience managing tax engagements and delivering high-quality client service.
- Strong understanding of New Zealand tax legislation and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing junior staff.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
