You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team led by a manager who will be a champion for your growth. **Key responsibilities include**:
- Provide effective and timely response to break-in work including planning and execution of problem-solving with a key focus on safe and long-term solutions
- Implement asset management strategies
- Manage contractors including scoping, evaluation, monitoring and reporting to ensure successful completion of project requirements
- Responsible for the quality assurance and schedule attainment of planned maintenance activities
- Provide supervision of maintenance activities to ensure quality standards are met, along with health & safety and compliance all maintained
**We are looking for**:
- Qualified, experienced and motivated Electrical tradespeople, experience working in a high voltage plant at advantage
- Relevant experience within plant operations / process control or maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy process industry
- Problem solving ability and long-term thinking
- People who can adapt to and embrace changeable environments
- Experience with instrumentation or protection systems an advantage
