Our team is driven by a desire to provide hospitality in everything we do, by welcoming people into our small and humble cocktail and wine lounge as if it were our own home. Culprit and Little Culprit is the restaurant from owner and Chef Kyle Street. Street started his career working in London and Chicago, before returning back to New Zealand in 2011 to open Depot and Federal Delicatessen with Al Brown. Culprit opened in 2016 and has cemented itself as part of the unique landscape of Auckland dining, receiving regular accolades for both food, service and design.

We are looking for a Senior Bartender / JNR Bar Manager to run the functions of Little Culprit. Reporting to the General Manager Culprit & Little Culprit, you will be responsible for:

- Running smooth and profitable services to a high operational standard
- Building rapport with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Working closely with the General Manager in delivery of events and functions
- Colabrative apprach to menu changes
- Working with external collaborators to enhance the business
- Experience working in similar style venues either in New Zealand or internationally
- Drive to make a positive impact on every guest’s experience
- Energy, motivation and a positive attitude
- An unshakeable smile
- The ability to engage customers and build relationships with the regular patrons
- Strong organisational skills.
- Great cocktail knowledge
- Minimum two years’ experience in similar role and venue

Little Culprit is open 4 days a week Wednesday to Saturday from 3.30pm

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
