The Role
Bivacco
is looking for a passionate
Senior Bartender
or
Bar Supervisor
to join our team. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience as a bartender in a comparable venue, a love for people and hospitality, good knowledge of wine and experience making cocktails, ability to work nights and weekends, and the desire to be part of a team with the drive to help it succeed This role could also be a step up if you're looking for growth, progression, and development.

• In this role you will be responsible for:

• Creating exceptional experiences for our guests

• Preparing and serving beverages such as wine, beer and cocktails while demonstrating sound knowledge of our offerings
• Ensuring stock management including, wastage, display and storage, as well as ordering
• Support the Bar Manager with training and development of our team of professional bartenders
• Upselling through the knowledge of our products, and creating an engaged and authentic rapport with guests
