**About this role**
We are seeking a Transport Data Analyst to take ownership of the Council's transport data, and turn this into meaningful network information for Senior Leadership and Asset Managers.
You will ensure that all existing and new data is complete, current and accurate in relevant data management systems such as RAMM and Council's GIS system. The role also includes interpreting and analysing the data to provide insight into the network's condition, trends and future requirements, to support best practice asset management for the Transport division.
**About you**
To be a contender for this opportunity you will need:
- Demonstrated working experience with RAMM software and databases and other relevant database management systems
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or any other visualisation software to create dashboards and visualisations that communicate key insights
- Demonstrated ability to take raw data and turn it into meaningful information for key stakeholders such as Senior Leadership and Asset Managers
- Knowledge of a transport network's data requirements and standards
- A strong commitment to data accuracy
- A high degree of computer literacy.
