**Jumbo Food Centre** is looking for 3 full-time Fast Food Cooks who are sincere, skillful, enthusiastic, and with a sufficient understanding of culinary to join us in Christchurch. **Key Information**: - Hourly rate range from $25 to $28. - 30 - 50hrs per week on shift. - Jumbo Food Centre opens 7 days a week. - Must be able to work on some weekends, Christmas and holiday seasons (Some Public Holidays may be closed). **Basic Requirements**: - No prior work experience required, but would be advantage if you have already worked in hospitality industry. - On-the-job-training will be provided if you are the right one. - Be able to enjoy and thrive working very busy environment and get sense of satisfaction out of cooking. - Long-term commitment required. - Like to work independently with confidence. - Time management and punctuality. - Keep calm under pressure. **Responsibilities**: - Taking and serving food and beverage orders and receiving payment from customers. - Preparing food such as deep-fried snacks or fries. - Washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods for cooking. - Operating cooking equipment such as grills, microwaves, and deep-fat fryers. - Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils. - Ordering and taking delivery of fast-food ingredients. - May arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages.
