**Your Impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for an admin-savvy Raw Materials Coordinator to join us at our **Papkura** site. As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure availability of supply of raw materials to support the site manufacturing plans, enabling the site to achieve production plan adherence for Better Drinks (non-alcoholic beverages). This is a perfect opportunity to explore the world of manufacturing, with or without prior experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of raw materials.
- Ordering of raw materials from suppliers to meet manufacturing production plans.
- Timely escalation of material supply risks impacting the site to internal stakeholders and National Raw Materials team.
- Maintaining systems to ensure SAP ordering and inventory integrity.
- Planning and management of the raw materials to minimize obsolescence.
- Liaise with suppliers to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of supplying materials.

**About You**

If you are an experienced administrator, or recent Supply Chain Graduate, who loves to stay organised and has an eye for detail, we would love to support your development and pathway into Supply Chain

Key qualities required to be successful in this role:

- Ability to manage completing priorities, and work to deadlines
- Great attention to detail, and excellent administrative skills
- Great communicator, and able to build relationships with a diverse range of people
- Enthusiastic to learn, and eager to develop in Supply Chain
