Ballantynes has a world-class Beauty Hall with 17 Beauty houses including flagship concepts exclusive to the South Island. We are now recruiting for a Benefit Cosmetics Salesperson to join the team.

As one of the leaders in everything brows, you will be experienced in providing a great brow waxing, tinting and shaping experience.

Providing the customer with the ultimate brow experience will be what you desire to achieve every time along with your passion for the making our customers look and feel great. You will enjoy creating and building strong clientele relationships where you will be their trusted Advisor, collaborating with the Counter Manager, to grow your business and reach your full potential.

Your genuine, caring manner will make you a great team player who enjoys building strong relationships, achieving your sales goals and contributing to the wider team goals.
**Qualifications**
We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team who has:

- Experience working in a retail environment and achieving sales targets.
- A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via the telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.
- Strong technical competency in brow services, makeup artistry and a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry would be in advantage.

**Additional Information**
This position is 35 hours per week working Sunday through Thursday.

To be the successful applicant for this position, previous cosmetics retail experience with proven sales skills is essential.
