We are now recruiting for two roles for the brand new L’Occitane counter, a Senior Beauty Host/Counter Manager, 4-days-a-week, and a Beauty Host/Salesperson, 2-days-a-week.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Share your passion for beauty with our clients and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Achievement of sales targets and business KPIs across all categories in line with company benchmarks.
- Upholding the exceptional in-store experience and store presentation that L’Occitane is regarded for worldwide.
- We need an exceptional team player who can assist customers throughout the wider Cosmetic Department.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards across the counter adhere to company guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience within the luxury cosmetics retail industry.
- Strong sales skills and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed all company KPIs and benchmarks.
- Excellent people skills, including the ability to deliver exceptional customer service across a wide customer demographic.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with L’Occitane and the Ballantynes guidelines.
- Initiative with the ability to motivate and adapt to changing business requirements.

**Additional Information**
- Senior Beauty Host role, 20 hours-per-week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10:30am-4pm
- Beauty Host role, 10 hours-per-week - Thursday 10:30am-4pm, Sunday 11:30am-5pm
- To be the successful applicant for this position, previous cosmetics retail experience with proven sales skills is essential.
