Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing professional executive administrative services and support to the Region Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Region Manager's office.Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role: Your day-to-day work will allow you to use your initiative and judgment to tackle a range of interesting and challenging tasks. This Includes:
- The full range of executive support
- Administration, information, and scheduling needs
- Collating and drafting reports
- Supporting the Region Leadership Team and the wider business to assist and manage issues.
**To be successful in this role, we expect you will**:
- Be a team player with previous experience at the senior executive PA or EA level
- Have worked within a large complex organisation and/or within the public sector.
- Be adept at relationship-building with stakeholders and demonstrating well-developed communication and collaboration skills.
- Have excellent time management, attention to detail, and the skills to manage competing priorities
- Be proactive and able to make effective recommendations and resolve problems at the senior level.
- Have a high level of computer literacy
- Be able to manage and work across multiple concurrent work activities

The salary range for this role is $81,500 - $90,583, dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.Ko wai mātou - who are we?
