At Domino’s, our store management team is responsible for the day-to-day running of our stores, including the rostering, training, and coaching of team members, delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, creating business strategies to attract new customers, preparing detailed sales reports and monitoring inventory levels on new stock.

Store Managers must have excellent organizational and communication skills, have strong leadership and customer management abilities, be outstanding coaches and trainers, and most importantly - have a great attitude.

**Store management responsibilities**:

- Training and coaching
- Creating rosters
- Ordering stock and completing stock takes
- Managing the store during a shift
- Food safety supervision
- Recruitment and hiring
- Cash control and budgets
- Staff management
- Safety and security

**The successful applicant will have**:

- ** Morning Shift (10am to 5pm)**:

- ** Must have own transport & valid NZ Driver License**:

- ** Previous Domino's experience preferred**:

- ** Must be available to work weekend (Thursday to Sunday)**:

- ** Locals living near our stores would be preferred first**:
