As the Kitchen Division Team Leader, you will be responsible for empowering your team to provide excellent customer service, maximise sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create a seamless and exceptional experience for customers, and drive profitability within your division.

**About the role**:

- Supervising and coaching team members to foster a supportive working environment
- Operational management duties to effectively grow the division.
- Maximising sales, achieving department targets to contribute to profitability.
- Communicating with team members, stakeholders and customers.
- Providing excellent customer service and collaboration across departments.

**About you**:

- You have previous leadership/supervisory experience, ideally in the retail environment.
- You have knowledge or interest in the DIY/kitchen design sector, and pick up on new product knowledge quickly
- Exceptional customer service comes naturally to you, and you love to lead and coach your team
- Adaptability, flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement are all things that are part of your work ethic.
