**What you will be doing**

Your role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing our competitive edge by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.

You will architect and implement innovative solutions that unlock the potential of our data assets, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights to support our strategic initiatives.

**Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities**:

- Define and document high-level technology directions aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture.
- Provide solution architecture for Tower's strategic projects
- Design and implement a robust customer identity architecture for secure and seamless user experiences.
- Architect scalable and secure data and AI solutions that meet business requirements and support data governance, security, and compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend new data and AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, staying updated with industry trends.
- Lead the development of business cases to support strategic initiatives and gain executive sponsorship.
- Mentor and provide QA for other architects and lead engineers, fostering open communication and trust.

**What You'll Need**

To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate the following:

- At least 5 years' experience as a Solutions Architect or 2 years with 3+ years as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer
- A demonstratable history in delivery of innovative, technical solutions to consumer markets
- An understanding of the financial services industry particularly general insurance
- Experience of systems design, development and implementation across several technology platforms with special focus on Customer Identity solutions, Data and AI
- A broad understanding of the latest developments in technologies, industry specific issues, competitor and vendor activity and initiatives
- Understanding and knowledge of the principles of information and enterprise architecture would also be an advantage
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable coupled with up-to-date understanding of developments in the IT industry.
