Join our passionate team as a Senior Crew Member and collaborate closely with the Manager to enhance the Bay Skate experience and foster connections with customers and the community.

In addition to contributing to the day-to-day core operations, this role places special emphasis on efficiently managing group bookings to elevate our business

In this pivotal tole you will be solely responsible for coordinating facility bookings, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing group and facility bookings for a range of organizations, from local schools to sports clubs. Your creativity and innovation will shine as you find solutions to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

**Your role will involve**:

- Contributing to the continuous development of a high-performing and skilled team.
- Assisting in roster management to ensure optimal resourcing for the facility.
- Undertaking 'duty manager' responsibilities, overseeing operational processes, ensuring customer safety, and maintaining facility security.
- Handling financial and administrative tasks, including purchase orders, banking, bookings, and customer inquiries.
- Lead and manage facility bookings and hirage of the space

**To excel in this role, you should have**:

- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to negotiate solutions.
- Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).
- Previous administration experience.
