**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**

We have a Clinical Nurse Coordinator position available in our Haemodialysis unit based at Tauranga Hospital. This is a 12 month fixed term part-time position working 20 hours per week across mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays to ensure that leadership is maintained across the unit at all times.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with relevant experience to provide clinical coordination and expertise, that ensures a safe and effective practice environment which supports the management of patient flow in the Renal Dialysis Unit.

You will work alongside a team of coordinators and provide support and guidance to our team of Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants.

The successful applicant will have
- Experience in leading a nursing team
- Significant clinical experience in renal nursing including haemodialysis experience
- The ability to prioritize workload patient acuity requirements based on information systems and experience
- Effective and clear communication skills involving the team/clients/whānau and families in decisions
