**The details**:Permanent Full time - 40 hours per week

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

In this role that reports to the Charge Nurse Manager, you will;
- Provide assessment and treatment for Tamariki & rangatahi experiencing acute or enduring mental illness in the community.
- Hold a case load of approximately 25 people as part of the MDT.
- The local team is made up of a consultant psychiatrist, consultant psychologist, social workers and registered nurses.
- Hours of work are 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00.
- Key responsibilities of the role:

- Organise prioritise and manage a caseload including the documentation associated with this.
- Clear communication with MDT wider team and community partners.
- Practice with a tangata whaiora and whanau centred approach and be a strong advocate for best practice

**Mōu | About you**
- Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:

- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti O Waitangi
- Registration with your respective professional body.
- Experience in mental health is preferable but not essential.
- A current full drivers licence.
