**The Role**:

- The role will assist the Site Manager and will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations within the factory. Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to our 60 staff to improve performance and engagement. Ensure that production schedules are achieved by capacity and labour planning and quality monitoring of all jobs in production. Make sure that all paperwork is filled out correctly and that high levels of productivity and housekeeping are achieved through quality and safe work practices. Actively work towards continuous improvement by proactively thinking of ways to drive efficiencies.
