The role
A newly created role, due to growth, our Application Engineer provides our team with engineering design and consultation services for our customers. You will prepare tender documentation including the review of technical specifications, development of viable and compliant designs and pricing and be involved in presenting tenders and designs to our customers. This includes front end design work, draughting timeframes and scopes of work, ensuring compliance and accurate costing and using Spec-sizer and CSQ, amongst other tools.

**What we are looking for**:
A tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BE, ME or NZCE)
Five or more years experience in an engineering/power systems related environment would be ideal
Experience and understanding of tender documents including the design and build process
The ability to build strong, collaborate relationships based on trust and producing great results
A desire to deliver a superior customer experience
Energy, motivation, and drive to succeed in all that you do
