This is a part time position, 20 hours per week. There is some flexibility with how these hours are worked, and will be agreed upon in consultation with the Manager. In your role you will provide administrative support to the PPS office, to enable its effective operation. Responsibilities include working with, processing, and administratively managing prosecution files, including recording and extracting relevant information, checking accuracy and completeness, administering necessary follow ups (including as directed by PPS staff), use and management of databases and spreadsheets, and responding to and/or directing queries that come into the PPS office. Through building an excellent knowledge of Police and Ministry of Justice processes, data bases, and operating procedures you will be an important part of the Criminal Justice Sector.
