**Internship Opportunity at Talegent (Immediate Start)**

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in graduate recruitment? Wouldn't it be helpful to understand how employers approach recruitment before you graduate? Well we need a grad or two, right now to help us with the upcoming AAGE and NZAGE summits in Melbourne (October 31st) and Auckland (November 21st).

This role is designed for an adaptive and curious individual eager to delve into the multifaceted operations of our business and help us with an actual Grad Recruitment event
Talegent, a leader in talent assessment, is offering a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes at an industry event. This role provides immediate, hands-on experience that could set you up for success in your career.
We’re looking for an intern to join us **right away**

**What we offer**:

- Flexible hours (around 20 hours per week) for the next couple of months
- An in-person role based in Auckland
- Opportunity for travel to Melbourne for the event
- Potential to continue with Talegent after graduation, either as a permanent team member or a part-time intern while finishing your studies

**What we’re looking for (a combo of or specialist in)**:

- Psychology, Marketing, Business, Design, or Copywriting
- Interest in Project Management
- Working in legal with contracts and vendor management
- Open to students at any stage of study
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Able to Multi-Task

**Requirements**:

- **Current enrolment **in a college or university program; all majors are encouraged to apply, with a special call to those with an interest in business, sales, finance, or psychology.
- Availability for part-time work that fits within a student's schedule, including **weekdays and weekends**.
- Exceptional **organizational capabilities** and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong **communication skills **and a proactive, eager attitude towards learning and challenge.
- The capacity to work as part of a **diverse team environment.
