**About the Position and You**:
This is a 40 hour per week role worked over 5 days - Monday to Friday.

You will lead a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Practice Care Assistants and be responsible for recruitment, day to day management of the nursing team, the development and delivery of high quality an expanding range of nursing services for our patients and significantly involved with all the ongoing quality improvements within the practice. You will also undertake a clinical component.

Key attributes include:

- Leadership and management experience
- Clinical experience in, and passion for, primary care
- Proven quality improvement experience
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Experience with patient management systems such as Medtech

You must be registered with current practicing and CPR certificates.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
