This is a 12-month fixed term contract sitting within a team of passionate HR Professionals. We are searching for a Recruitment Advisor (Senior preferable) to join our People Team to help us ensure that our Leaders continue to feel well-supported and engaged with recruitment for our Digital Delivery Group.
This role offers the chance to work alongside our Senior Recruitment Advisor and our People Partners and to actively contribute to continuous improvement of our Toitū Te Whenua Recruitment process. And also serve our large-scale, IT focussed rebuild of Landonline (STEP Programme).
With your previous background in government recruitment, you will be familiar with the ins and outs (and patient with the occasional challenges) of recruiting for a public sector organisation as well as the machinery of Government. You will be a fast learner, confident to competently support and guide our Hiring Managers through their upcoming recruitment rounds and ensure we are reflecting best practice every step of the way.
He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
Being a manager-led recruitment function, you will not need to be highly technical to recruit for this programme. We have the techie-bods, now we need an expert in all-things-recruitment and talent acquisition.
We use Springboard as our recruitment IT system, and it will be a bonus if you have already worked with this system.
This is an incredibly busy time for Toitū Te Whenua so it's absolutely essential that you be someone who is self-motivated, proactive and has a “knuckle down & get it done” attitude, while still maintaining your attention to quality and the tenacity to role model best practice recruitment principles for our leaders.
The annual salary range for this role is $83,307 - 112,709. This applies if you are at a senior level.
