**About the role**

You will undertake a full range of administrative functions including teleoperation, reception and frontline support. This role is challenging and varied with no day the same You will be trained to provide administration cover in multiple departments within the organisation on any given day.

This role is a permanent part -time position working 64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE), rostered and rotating shifts, across a 24/7 roster, the reason for the fixed term is to provide cover for another employee on secondment.

**About you**

Because you will be working across several areas, each with their unique processes and systems, this role will ideally suit someone who is a fast-learner, adaptable, able to manage a busy workload and unfazed by a fast-paced environment.

**Essential**
- Experience in a range of administrative work.

**Desirable**
- Switchboard/keyboard skills and experience are an advantage.
