The purpose of this role is to lead an effective shift on a daily basis ensuring service levels and workflows are met and maintained across all roster shifts in Dispatch. You'll be responsible for managing Job Requests whilst providing outstanding level of customer service to all stakeholders, external and internal. Allocating and managing all Job Requests for Personal and Business Members to nationwide Field Resources (Service Providers) will also form a key component to this role.

To be considered for this role, you would have demonstrated strong performance in your current role by either meeting or exceeding your KPIs consistently.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:

- Previous experience in coaching and dealing with customer escalations
- Experience as a Dispatch Service Coordinator is preferable
- Good knowledge of AA products and Contact Centre operations
- Competent with Microsoft Office products; Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook
