**The Company**
Our client is a large, privately owned organisation within the Health Industry based in Auckland's city fringe. They provide essential services, have multiple entities within the group and they continue to grow and expand.
**The Role**
Working within a team of 4 and reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide Level 1/1.5 support to computer and communication systems and users
- Log and update task in a timely fashion in the organisations job tracking system
- Timely communication to users regarding their logged tasks
- Monitor the performance of network devices and servers
- Assist with the management and maintenance of the organisations mobile phones
- Assist with the installation and configuration of devices onto the network
- Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate level of support
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of Desktops, Laptops and Servers
- Knowledge of Operating Systems
- Knowledge of printers and networking printing.
- Experience specifically within Active Directory and Exchange required
