At the Bupa, we are searching for compassionate and empathetic **Caregivers** to join team in our facilities in **Hamilton and Cambridge area on a full time, part time and casual basis**.

As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will deliver the highest quality person first care to residents in line with their individual care plan.

**Key Task and Responsibilities**
- Treat residents with respect and dignity
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required
- Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities
- Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team
- Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies

**Who are we looking for?**
- An NZQA qualification in Health Care and Wellbeing is preferable, however, this is not essential
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, care, and passion for making a positive impact on residents
- Reliable transport or travel arrangements
