Butchery Supervisor

**BUTCHERY SUPERVISOR**

How do you like the idea of managing our awesome Butchery store?

We are looking for a Butchery Manager with outstanding leadership, organisational and planning skills to lead our successful team and excel consistently delivering high standards. The overall focus is to provide a great range of quality output for our local community.

You will be responsible for the performance of other staff and ensure that customers receive a high standard of service, plus that stock are displayed and rotated well along with good sales and promotional activities. You must be a good role model to inspire the team to do well.

To be successful in this role applicants should possess the following attributes:

- Previous Butchery experience preferred.
- A positive “lead by example” attitude and effective communication.
- Team leadership skills and experience would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety standards.
- You will have strong people skills, be well organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Have a good understanding of work including ordering, displaying and maintaining inventory.
- Give our customers a fantastic shopping experience.
- Have the right to work in New Zealand

Skills/Qualifications Required:
Having a relevant qualification or at least 2-years prior experience is preferable. Suitable training would be provided.

More about the role:
Min 30 to 35 hours per week, including ability to work on Weekends and late hours as and when required.

Payrate - $30 to $31.50 per hour
