We are currently seeking Commercial Cleaners.

**Job Description**:
Our company is a franchise based cleaning company who offers commercial cleaning services to the businesses. We are growing and now require more cleaning superstars to join us and help us to achieve our mission. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, removing waste and sanitation in commercial and business establishments offices, childcare centres, schools, gyms and other public or private spaces.

Job Location - Wellington city and Nearby suburbs

Minimum 30 hours per week

Maximum 35 hours per week

**Minimum Pay Rate**: $29.66 per hour

**Maximum Pay Rate**: $31.00 per hour

Employment type - Permanent

The Role and duties

Vaccumming and steaming of the carpet area
Sweeping uncarpeted areas
Emptying and cleaning bins
Spot cleaning of spillages
Cleaning desks, seats and skirting boards
Cleaning toilet areas and toiletries
Cleaning doors, glass cleaning and windows
Vinyl Floor Polishing
Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to the employer
To ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
To load and unload machines in and out of the vehicle when required.
To follow all Health and Safety policies as explained during Induction

The Cleaners will be working on a weekly rotating roster

Skills, qualification and experience

Cleaning / Labouring experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
Lot of walking around the commercial cleaning sites during the shift
Attention to detail is must
Basic level of english
No tertiary qualifaction is required
Must be able to pass random drug test
Must have clean criminal record ( Ministry of Justice/Police check )
Be reliable and punctual
Have good work ethic
