Receptionist

We're on the lookout for a front desk superstar to be the friendly face and calm voice of **Novus** in Timaru.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, booking in repairs, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you're chatting with customers, handling bookings, or keeping things tidy on the admin side - your attention to detail and friendly service will keep the wheels turning.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Confident using computers and booking systems
- Attention to detail plus
- A bit of automotive knowledge - parts, vehicles, or industry experience would be a bonus
- Someone who’s organised, efficient, and happy to pitch in wherever needed

**Hours**:
We're a bit flexible - this role could suit school hours or part-time (20 - 30 hours, 3-4 days per week).

We’ll just need you to flex up a bit over the busy summer season.
