We’re looking for a Systems Lead to bring their expertise to the team as we continue our exciting journey of growth and development, following our merger two years ago.
Star Group is a recent merger of two innovative hospitality giants: Kāpura and Joylab, under the Heineken umbrella. We’re two years down the track of integrating our key systems, and it’s time for a Systems Lead to take the reins. The gig takes ownership of all IT operations, managing cloud solutions, devices, and collaboration platforms, while providing hands-on troubleshooting and support both on-site and remotely. With plenty of autonomy, this role will be what you make of it. Day-to-day this means you’ll be partnering with vendors, leading a small tech team, and ensuring IT strategies align with business goals and driving efficiencies.
To be successful in the gig, you must have at least 5 years of IT support experience, managing systems and networks, to hit the ground running. Vendor and POS management experience are both a must and you’ll be confident managing Microsoft 365, networks, and systems, and if you’ve worked with ITIL, that’s a bonus As a key stakeholder, you’ll be great at breaking down tech language and making it easy for everyone to understand. We’re on the lookout for a super tech-savvy self-starter who is always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to get things done.
