**JOB ROLE**

The job role will include, but not limited to:

- Assisting customers, both in store and over the phone
- Installing child restraints
- Merchandising
- Light cleaning duties
- Heavy lifting

All training will be provided.

**Hours**:
14 hours per week
Saturday & Sunday 9am - 4pm
Additional hours available to cover leave can be available

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant & Child Restraint Technician. As a member of the Baby On The Move family, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to our sales goals. This position involves a variety of tasks, including child restraint installation, merchandising, light cleaning, and some heavy lifting. Full training will be provided, especially in the area of car seat safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers both in-store and over the phone.
- Install child restraints professionally.
- Conduct merchandising activities.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organised store.
- Engage in heavy lifting of stock.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Motivated team player with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks.
- Full training will be provided, including car seat installation expertise.
