Due to a large-scale transformation project, we have an exciting, new, 12 month fixed term (with potential to extend) opportunity available, for an experienced Finance Partner to progress their career and help support the project delivery.

**What is the team culture and environment like?**

The Divisional Performance team covers a wide scope and has colleagues of varying experience and backgrounds. We are a supportive team and our scope allows everyone to grow and challenge themselves.

We have a strong working relationship with the project team which will create a collaborative and open environment for this particular position.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

In this role you will be helping the bank deliver a transformation project that crosses various business units and disciplines. It is a complex role with high visibility, so will give you exposure across the rest of the enterprise and will be a great growth opportunity
- Being able to help drive commercial decisions on how we manage, deliver, and create value.
- Getting across the detail as well as being able to present the information in a concise and meaningful way to drive outcomes and decisions
- Building strong rapport with the project team and have trust/transparency between the project and finance teams
- Developing strong relationships to have difficult and challenging questions to deliver the common goal

**What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?**

We are looking for someone with a strong financial background and high level of business and commercial acumen, ideally with previous experience in project delivery.

You will also have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate through complex issues and manage ambiguity.
