Our client is a NZX listed company that designs and supplies automated systems and
equipment for the global food processing, timber/saw milling, and logistics sectors. They are a progressive, state of art and dynamic international business with numerous installations across Australia, New Zealand, USA, Mexico, and Europe.

**About the role**:
You will be an integral part of projects with varied duties, including but not limited to the below listed.
- Prepare detail breakdown of costs and labour for fabrication and projects for peer review
- Participate in customer visits
- Analyze, investigation, interpretation and reviewing of contract
- specifications.
- Participate in manufacturing meetings on project estimates to ensure information obtained and teams collaborate

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or trade certification in Engineering
- Experience in fabrication and mechanical assembly within the mild steel or stainless-steel industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand manufacturing drawings and specifications
