Please note that this is a permanent **full-time role** and you will need to work from Mon to Sat (30 - 50 hours per week).

**About the role**

**What you’ll do**

Read and understand specifications in blueprints, sketches or site plans

Prepare project work procedure and determine dimensions and materials required

Coordinate with concrete workers to ensure successful pours and proper curing of concrete

Strip, clean, and maintain formwork systems after concrete has set

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely completion of tasks

**What you’ll bring**

At least two years of relevant work experience in the civil or construction industry

It will be an advantage if you can attend the on-site interview

Be a great team player and be able to follow instructions

Physical fitness and good hand-eye coordination

Regular and reliable attendance
