**Job Description**:
To coordinate and provide technical admin support to all facets of the Non
- Destructive Testing Services business in NZ to achieve business objectives. Primary focus of the role would be to provide support to the technical team.
- Review and improve existing business forms and templates Maintain / Continuous improvement of Insite - Access based Job Management System
- Process timesheets and importing into Job Management System
- To create Reports and/or Queries in NDT DBMS as required
- Maintain inspector/technician training files in line with SGS procedures
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements as required
- Attend monthly Business System meetings
- Monthly review of client databases to ensure timeliness of audit schedules
- Provide advice and assistance with branch administration queries, on time and accurately
- Responsible for account management function as agreed with branch managers
- Coordinate all activities to ensure all relevant financial processing is conducted accurately including client invoicing to meet the requirements of the financial calendar and be consistent with SGS policies
- Review monthly Oracle summaries and advise branch managers of any inaccuracies particularly with regard to purchase and sales inputs
- Maintain effective control of client debtor days using the Aged Invoice report to initiate follow up actions
- Maintain effective communication links between staff and SGS Management
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in administration role
- Intermediate to advanced level using Microsoft Office Suite
- New Zealand Driver Licence
- A high degree of organization, time management and attention to detail is required
- Able to demonstrate initiative, be proactive and implement change if necessary
