An incredible opportunity has arisen for an employment solicitor to join the Employment Law team in a well-established and growing Law firm based in Christchurch. Our client is looking for a driven and energetic individual who is at least 3 years PQE and up to Senior Associate level.

**About the role**:
You will be working amongst a seasoned and cutting-edge team who are client-focused, with supportive partners. There is a wide variety of files from advising on HR issues, drafting employment and contractor agreements, negotiating settlements and drafting court documents, representing employers, unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and bullying claims and advising on general employment advice including disciplinary, performance and redundancy matters.

**About you**:
You will be seasoned across the full facet of employment law, can demonstrate a record of excellence in Employment law advisory, you will be ambitious and pioneering to drive business and possess strong client-facing and communication skills, along with having excellent technical skills. In this role you can expect to work with a great team who partake in regular social activities, have a genuine work/life balance.
