Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi is a vibrant and exciting tertiary education institution, which offers a range of programmes from certificates to doctorates, across a range of disciplines.

We are seeking two skilled individuals to join our team as Administrators and assist the Kaipūtahi / Manager - Projects with all administrative functions associated with the planning and implementation processes, document control and design of corporate programme delivery and other projects.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new and innovative project in a kaupapa Māori space, where you can use your skills to make a real difference. As Administrators, you will play a vital role in ensuring that key outcomes and performance indicators are met, and you will work alongside a dynamic and passionate team.

To successfully undertake this role you will have:

- A Diploma qualification in the field of Business or Administration or Information Technology.
- Project coordination or administration experience.
- At least 5 years Administration, Customer Service, Marketing or PA
- Report writing
- Database
- Graphic design and/or resource development experience
- Able to speak and communicate clearly with the public. Friendly and approachable
- Competent user of the Microsoft Office Suite including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint with intermediate or advanced skills.
- Has a good understanding of tikanga Māori.
- Te Reo Māori competencies to at least
- intermediate level.
